We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with the desire to become an ambassador for one of our key clients in the technology industry. Through our excellent initial and ongoing training, you will have the ability to save someone’s day by resolving customers technical queries from all over Asia Pacific. A passion for technology and willingness to help others are the key qualities you will need to become our next hero.

Your main communication will be over the phone, with some email too. Every call is a different person with a different need, so you will get to spend the best part of your day interacting with real people and being their Hero.

  • A clearly defined and achievable promotion process enables our employees to progress into our most Senior Technical Support Specialist positions within 12 months, which comes with a 10% salary increase.
  • In addition to highly achievable salary increases, we also offer the potential to earn an extra $400 per month on top on your base salary through our incentive program
  • Flexible working hours with rotational shifts between 9am – 11pm on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Shifts and weekly hours will vary depending on business needs (min 37.5 hours per week).  You receive time and a half for working over 37.5 hours and additional allowances for working after 8pm in the evening and in the weekends

What are we looking for?

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to multi-task whilst talking to customers.
  • Previous customer care experience
  • Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining to end users in basic terms
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and comfortable with range of systems i.e. CRM, MS Office
  • Knowledge or experience of various technologies advantageous
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve performance outcomes for our clients
  • Confident, ability to question, influence and persuade

 

This role is based at the Concentrix Delivery Centre in Wellington CBD
