Your new company in a nutshell:
Large solutions provider based in brand new offices in Auckland CBD.
What will you do?
Reporting into the customer experience lead, you will join a high-performing team in a role where you will focus on ITIL implementation, as well as training and facilitation.
A day in the life:
- Work with the head of security and product owners to develop design documentation
- Work with process owners and managers to develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Help embed ITIL processes within the organisation
Your background:
- At least 3 years' experience as a technical writer
- Experience in documenting an organisation's policies, user guides and SOPs
- Training and facilitation experience
- The ability to think outside the square and come up with solutions to problems
