DevOps/Release Engineer
Financial Systems Development
Join a global team of motivated professionals responsible for the Release Management and Continuous Integration of our core products. We are operating in a dynamic and global environment to create complex software applications. This will require you to be creative, use strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
Jenkins
any Source Code Management Tool (like SVN)
PowerShell, MSBuild
Experience in working with Docker, ProGet
Continuous Integration
ASP.NET, MVC, C#
MVC, MVVM design patterns
MSSQL, Oracle
Agile software development methodologies would also be an advantage
The successful candidate would have:
Ideally four years of commercial software development experience
At least two years of Release Engineering, Branching and Configuration Management experience
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
You will need to:
Write robust code that adheres to defined standards and raises the bar with respect to quality
Provide technical advice and assistance to other departments and developers
Provide support, training and assistance to others including peer reviews
