The Role
As the Technical Lead you will be reporting to the CTO as part of a wider development team of ~10 in Auckland. You will be creating top-quality user interfaces for client web applications, mobile apps and websites while also collaborating closely with the other designers to make sure that an amazing UX is delivered in the final product. You will be liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure the business requirement is fully understood and the design matches the specifications. Core technical requirements required for this role include experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript frameworks (preferably React) while having previous experience with back-end PHP development would be an added bonus
Your Profile
You will have at least 7 years+ development experience ideally from an agency environment, have excellent communication skills to liaise with people across the business and be able to work independently at times. This opportunity would suit someone who considers their skillset as more than just front-end coding - you will think of yourself as a bit of a creative who has an eye for design and has the ability to contribute to the creative process (while also being able to take the abstract and converting it into an aesthetically pleasing end product). The team is very stable so require more guidance than hands-on people management
