- Establish an Enterprise-wide PMO
- Provide direction and lead processes
- Manage resources and relationships
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and developing a high performing team
- Creating a culture of self-learning, development and improvement
- Overseeing both large-scale integrated programmes and portfolios of projects
- Providing support and governance to product and project delivery
- Resourcing
- Capex planning
- Managing the audit process and preparing audit reports
This job isn't for everyone - we are looking for someone very special for this position - ideally your background will include:
- Extensive experience in Enterprise delivery in large organisations
- Experience in managing a PMO practice
- Previous experience of managing large programmes and projects.
- A University degree, preferably an MBA
