FIRST Security provides a range of monitoring services for our clients. Our call centre team are specially trained agents who monitor, manage and provide support for our hi-tech monitoring equipments. They play a crucial role in responding to call outs, scheduled check-ins and support our Field Officers with a range of specialised protocols and procedures 24/7.

 

You need good communication skills for a job like this, as you will be working with a huge variety of people every day. Attention to detail and following instructions is essential to be successful in this role. We maintain a very high standard of service to our clients. We thrive to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.

To do this you need:

  • To be comfortable phoning people to provide sensitive information
  • You must be able to pass a Criminal background check
  • Your computer skills will be at an intermediate or advance level
  • To have excellent attention to detail
  • Have good clear verbal communication skills
  • Some experience with writing reports will be an advantage

Unlike some call centres, you will not be treated like a robot in ours. We won't time everything you do down to the second, you won't be on endless calls with angry customers, and we won't ask you to sell anyone anything!

We know it's a small thing, but we are pretty partial to our office Nespresso machine if you are tired of paying for your start of shift cuppa.
