We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our clients Corporate Business for a permanent role in the seaside city of New Plymouth. 

To be successful in this role you MUST have worked as a CHANGE MANAGER (People Change, Business Process Change) for a minimum of 7+ years and have worked in an environment experiencing IT Systems and Process change and managing its impact on People across the business.  This will include People readiness for change, business process changes, Systems changes, and how these impact on the organisation, the staff, and the customers.  

The change surrounding the people within the business is a major focus and ensuring that the necessary systems and processes are in place to enable the staff to embrace and pick up the new systems and the business changes that go along with it with minimal disruption to the business.  There is also Customer Change that will need to be addressed so experience in this area will also be highly regarded. 

Experience or an understanding of utilities or engineering businesses would also be plus.
