What will you do?
As the Programme Coordinator you will oversee the administration of the PMO and Projects to support overall governance and efficient project management. You will be responsible for supporting a common set of best practices, principles and templates for management projects as well as tracking and reporting at a programme level.
Your background:
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
• Proven track record in project/programme coordination
• ITIL certification ideally
• Familiarity with the functioning of a Project Office and Steering Committees
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Keen attention to detail
