New projects are awaiting your attention and ideally you will be a professional Software Developer who is used to pick up a requirement and run with it, managing the project from end to end.
You will have worked within Agile methodology and are on top of your game. You have the desire to learn and advance your technical knowledge and be part of a constructive and interactive team. You will be keen to impart your knowledge to others and act as a mentor to your team and colleagues.
The Role:
- Help enhance and support a range of in-house applications
- Work across the business to help gather requirements, design and acceptance test applications
- Be a part of designing and building the next generation platform
What you will need:
- Have at least 5 years of development using .NET 3.5+, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server 2008+
- Be independent, self-directing & have a delivery-focused working style
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Be able to estimate timeframes and work to meet deadlines
- Have worked in agile development environments and love to use TDD
- Be technically up to date and have worked with a range of modern tools
- Be an easy going pragmatic developer
- Ability to write defensive robust code
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good time management skills
