We're growing… and are now on the hunt for a supremely talented intermediate level graphic and digital designer – front end web development ability is essential.
You'll be a naturally confident communicator who feels at ease contributing and collaborating with all members of the team, while staying calm under the everyday pressures of fast-paced agency life. We're an easy-going bunch who value someone with a vibrant outlook, open mind and a creative approach to finding unique solutions to our wide range of challenging and interesting client briefs.
You'll be a quietly confident, yet humble type. One who is willing to jump in and do some hard graft to get things done (we all do it). We want you to see this position as an opportunity to learn a lot, grow in confidence and step up to take ownership of your role (while understanding how important teamwork is in this industry).
You'll be:
- An energetic, self-motivated individual with big ideas
- Rolling with an agile crew of like-minded creatives including designers, developers, marketing strategists and copywriters
- A fast learner and a creative genius able to produce designs for a varied client base across both digital and print platforms
You'll have:
- 2+ years experience (don't be afraid to apply if you possess everything but the full experience though)
- Strong communication skills
- Great time management and project management skills
- Good at juggling numerous jobs and not afraid to ask questions
- Sound technical knowledge and eye for detail
- Exceptional design skills working in Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress
- An understanding of CSS, HTML & Javascript
- Some experience with MailChimp and/or Campaign Monitor would be ideal
