Company, Hours and Location:
Based in downtown Auckland, This organisation is a large and well known financial services provider with state of the art offices.
They have a profession yet down to earth work culture with their internal service desk being close knit, passionate and customer focused.
This role will be starting between 6.15am and 10am daily, working a 7.5 hour day from here.
Role:
You will be providing remote Level 1 support to employees and your day may include:
- Lodging requests and issues tickets
- Troubleshooting desktop issues over the phone
- Managing ongoing cases and liaising with engineers
- Escalating higher level issues and working with your team
About you:
- Previous help desk or service desk experience
- Excellent communication - professional yet personable
- Able to relay complex information in easy to understand ways
- Clear NZ credit and criminal check with valid work rights
