The Company
My client is owned by a large multinational and has an elite product offering. Their brands are recognized as some of the most prestigious brands in the market place - you would be very familiar with them.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and part of a wider team of 8 in Finance, you will be responsible for :
- Preparation of monthly accounts for two of the entities in the group and taking that through to business partnering with the divisional heads who are non-finance people, helping them understand the financial results and drivers.
- Production of daily cashflow reports and forecasts
- Fixed assets
- Capital expenditure
- GST & FBT returns
- Liaising with the internal and external auditors
- Analysis of the monthly accounts and working with the divisional heads
Your Profile
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to assist a team during a busy period. You must have strong communication skills as you will be required to be dealing with operational managers who don’t come from a finance background. You will have a proven financial reporting background who can pick up systems quickly and have a strong grasp of excel.
