Reporting to our Group Technology Manager, an exciting opportunity is available for an individual to join our Group Technology leadership team in this management role. Working with both business and technology teams you will lead our Business Intelligence and Reporting practices, strategy and delivery. This role is pivotal supporting the business to get better value from their data and the creation of a data driven culture.
Skills and experience:
- Strong communication, customer service skills with proven leadership managing a technical team in a complex environment/business model
- A degree level relevant qualification, and 10 or more years' experience in BI/Information management leadership or consultancy
- A proven ability to deliver efficient, effective and pragmatic BI and Reporting solutions using agile frameworks
- The skills, knowledge, and ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical including senior management
- Experience in budget management, systems and customer satisfaction and liaising with suppliers
- Knowledge of and empathy with the agricultural industry would be advantageous.
