Our client is looking for a Desktop Engineer for an initial 12 month contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following;

• Experience in the development and management of a SOE (standard operating environment)
• A high level of applied specialist knowledge and experience relevant to desktop computing e.g operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, IT security, Web technologies, Database technologies
• Experience working with distributed applications and desktops
• Experience with application packaging using software packaging tools
• Experience in the use of SCCM 2012 and 2016
• Experience with virtualised software and desktop builds
• Adept with ITIL framework
• Experience with Microsoft scripting
• Experience in group policy management
• Experience with Active Directory design for computers and users
• Experience with BDD/MDT
