The Company
Our client a well-known, household name who is leading their sector in both market presence and technological advancement. They are a fast growing, Agile business who have an ambitious and exciting roadmap laid out for the next 10 years.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing an array of applications to one of the organisations most critical business units. You will also be required to support end users of each of the applications.
You will be required to:
- Participate in the operational support of core applications by ensuring tasks are executed in a timely manner, in line with the ITIL framework and documented accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, external and internal stakeholders
- Support and maintain an array of business systems
- Work in conjunction with project teams to support business improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
You will be a team player, comfortable working in a high performing environment, and highly inquisitive. Our client strives to constantly push the boundary, innovate, and lead their market worldwide. You will have a minimum of five years’ experience working extensively with an array of business applications in a complex environment.
Additionally, you will ideally possess:
- An ITIL certification
- Experience with change, release and incident management principles
- Technical knowledge of an array of business applications (Oracle, and Salesforce are preferred , but not necessary)
- Experience delivering and supporting application services to a complex, multi-layered corporate environment
- Superb business acumen and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to think “outside the box” when it comes to solving issues
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
