Logical Solutions is an ICT solutions integrator providing specialist Computer Infrastructure, Managed Services, Software Development, Software Licensing and VoIP Technologies to the SMB, Government and Enterprise Markets within New Zealand nationwide. Their goal is to build a “tailor made” solution to suits the needs and requirements of each business.
Reporting directly to the Service Team Leader they are now looking for a customer facing Engineer with a minimum of 2 years’ “hands on, real world” experience with issue resolution and implementation of Microsoft products (Workstation and Server) and networking to join their team. This role could lead to a role helping administer their enterprise datacentre as well as on site deployments.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to step up to the next level and long term could lead to a senior engineering role. As this is a customer facing role that will see you dealing with clients both over the phone and in person exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must! You will be dealing with a wide variety of people so you will also need to be able to explain things in a non-technical manner to our clients when required.

- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Terminal Server (RDP)
- Microsoft Workstation and Server technologies
- Networking, Routing and VPN's,
- Storage Technologies (SAN)
- RMM products (Labtech / Kaseya)
- VoIP Technologies (Asterisk, FreeSwitch)
- CLI comfortable (DOS, Powershell, Linux, RouterOS)
