That's why we're looking for an experienced Digital Improvement Specialist with experience managing digital channels who can effectively contribute to the redesign of our customer journey, methodologies and tools across the organisation.

This exciting role will see you do the following:

  • Develop and maintain an innovative digital channel roadmap that reflects business strategy
  • Liaise with technology teams to ensure business requirements are clearly articulated
  • Develop and maintain forums and networks for obtaining industry knowledge and best practice
  • Manage the operational performance of digital channels including defining service performance metrics
  • Drive channel adoption of all online services including partner, advisor and customer website/portal and Chatbot
  • Manage content to ensure it is customer led, is accurate and relevant

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • A relevant tertiary degree and at least a couple of years relevant experience
  • Experience developing digital channels eg website, apps
  • Proven experience in driving business improvements that deliver commercial outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence across a range of stakeholders
  • Experience within a complex business environment
  • A team player who is passionate about championing a strong customer centric culture
