About the role
We are looking for some solid IBMi Administration skills to add to our fabulous team. You will be an enthusiastic IBMi Systems Administrator with excellent customer service skills. Able to mentor the operations team and leverage the Professional Services consultants. The role is quite varied and involves maintaining internal and customer IBMi systems, recommending risk based or value add improvements and working through projects. The team deliver both planned projects and managed services to our growing client base. To be successful in the role you will need proven technology skills in;
- IBMi OS & HMC
- Power Systems
- IBM Storage
- Mimix/iTera
- IBMi Administration Certification (C9010_030)
About you
- Excellent customer service focus
- 5+ years IBMi Administration
- Excellent written, documentation and communication skills
- Previous experience in a multi-client environment
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills
- A ‘Driven’ proactive team attitude
- Strives to meet SLAs and KPIs
- An proven Team Player
- Willingness to train and certify
