About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Service Delivery superstar to join our growing team. Working as part of our customer centric team, you will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to our customers and work with the Service Delivery team, dealing with enquiries and requests, escalating and taking action when appropriate.

To many of our customers, you will be the face of Modica, contacting them regarding time and service queries, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

You will have the experience and confidence to front customers when required, including answering calls and proactively engaging with customers. We are looking for a team player who is excited about the opportunity to learn and grow.

You will:
  • have proven experience in a service support role
  • display excellent customer service skills, including the ability to front customers with no supervision
  • have great time management skills and be able to work autonomously
  • have strong problem-solving skills and with the ability to understand problems and concerns from the customer’s perspective
  • be a team player with a great sense of humour.
  
This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in a help desk or service delivery environment and a “can do attitude” who wants to be part of this rapidly growing super smart team and world class company.
