As the General Manager of Product Solutions Group, you’ll provide creative leadership for the coordination and management of the team in Auckland. Using your strategic leadership, you’ll implement sales initiatives to align with business objectives and take responsibility for operational planning and development of the Product Solutions Group team.

Your responsibilities include:

Head up and implement the Product Solutions Group's go-to-market strategy for Datacom Auckland.
Lead the Account Managers to achieve their targets.
Develop, educate and grow the Account Managers, Sales Specialists and Sales Support teams to support the strategy, leveraging the Vendor and Distributor channels.
Manage the commission KPI’s for the Product Solutions Group team.
Manage the regional relationships with the Vendor and Distributor channels – achieve the agreed performance metrics set.
Represent the Senior management team to Product Solutions Group Clients.
Manage the interface with Product Solutions Group Strategy & Operations.
Manage the Product Solutions Group Profit Centre to achieve the agreed performance targets.

We’re looking for a natural leader, with seasoned experience in a similar role within a IT Sales Management capacity. You'll have proven experience leading a team, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and your commercial and financial awareness will see you being very successful in this role. You’ll have strong awareness around the IT Industry and Managed Services. Most importantly, you'll be passionate with impeccable interpersonal skills.
