Working for a government organisation that works with the community to keep New Zealanders safe, you will be instrumental in providing frontline services the tools to do so. My client seeking to appoint an experienced Mobility Infrastructure Support Engineer Telephony to the Technology Operations group, based in Porirua.
This role is responsible for providing technical and functional direction for 2nd level support for Mobility services and its related infrastructure. The environment being maintained covers the Mobility infrastructure that supports operational activities. You will receive ongoing training and development, advancement opportunities and you will be working in a great location with a free off-street parking, a gym and swimming pool!
You must demonstrate experience or knowledge of the following:
- IT Infrastructure
- Problem Management
- Configuration Management
- Capacity Management
- Security Administration
- Network Support
- Systems Installation/decommissioning
Special Requirements:
- MSCE - Microsoft Entry Level Certification
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange
- Experience in Mobility Solutions
- Knowledge and experience of VMware environments
