Business Analyst / Project Manager - Based in the King Country

The Opportunity
 
Our client a specialist services company has a requirement for a contractor for a 12 month period with proven enterprise Business Analysis skills coupled with Project Management abilities.
 
This is a blended technical and non-technical IT transformative role demanding a broad set of skills across requirements solicitation through to third party systems delivery.
 
Core knowledge areas sit in and around business process documentation, stakeholder engagement, data mapping, workflow documentation and needs assessment for systems implementation/delivery.
 
You will be a practical thinker, have meticulous attention to detail with highly evolved business acumen and be a good allrounder who can balance a full schedule of requirements.
 
The result areas
 
Working within the core IT Department, you will represent the team on core projects acoss Intranet deployment, MarComms and potentially HRIS deployment.
 
Day to day you will be involved in a range of activities from mapping data and processes to ensure soon to be implemented systems do what the business requires, through to, teasing out requirements for new business processes to be documented and translated into workflow diagrams.
 
The role sits between Subject Matter Experts (users) and non-technical users, therefore you must be able to translate business challenges into technology solutions and vice versa. The ability to translate requirements into technical language for third parties to work with is essential.
 
Ideally, you will have delivered at a project manager level too. We seek a BA with PM skills (in that order) and therefore, you will know your way around stakeholder communication practices, agile delivery and traditional project management methodologies.
