Setting up servers from scratch, server upgrades and server migrations

We are actively looking for an experienced L2 Engineer who can work autonomously, with little assistance and in a small team.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

At least five years of experience as a System Engineer (L2)
At least three years’ experience working on infrastructure projects
Experience in setting up servers from scratch
Experience with server upgrades and server migrations
Practical experience with Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Sophos and/ or Mail/Web Marshal
STRONG troubleshooting skills
Experience with ConnectWise or any other time sheeting system a must.
Very good analytical skills - reviewing hardware and software information
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communications skills in written and verbal
