A bit about the role

Based in our East Tamaki headquarters, you'll be tasked with delivering a premium customer experience on our frontline, predominantly over the phone.

You'll resolve queries for Fisher & Paykel and Haier customers with product and service related enquiries ranging from pre-sale product questions, to after-sales support and service bookings for our field technicians. You'll be fanatical about ensuring our customers' queries are carefully, effectively and efficiently resolved.

We'll provide a 3-week, full-time onboarding experience to get you up to speed, as well as ongoing support and training so you feel ready to support our customers.

You'll be rostered full-time on a rotational basis within the following hours,

Week 1: Mon-Fri, starting between 10am and 2pm

Week 2: Starting between 10am and 2pm, working 1 weekend day, with 1 weekday RDO

A bit about you

You'll come with:

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused role (preferably previous contact centre experience)
  • Solid technical skills
