A collaborative team of developers, testers and analysts, their focus is on test driven development and pair programming. The Role
You’ll assist with the development of the company’s web-based products, working within a globally disperse but very collaborative team environment. Research, design, write and testing new software, maintaining systems by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects and supporting clients/colleagues with maintenance and performance issues are all components of the role.
  
All the Software engineers work with testers and project managers/scrum masters. You’ll have a chance to work with cutting edge technologies to deliver a highly interactive website client, scalable server farm technologies and data processing solutions that analyse huge amounts of data.
  
The Successful Candidate Should Have:

• Commercial experience (min 2 years) Programming with Java, Unix, and Postgresql
• Experience with SCRUM, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming would be advantageous
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Able to complete code inspections
• Willing and keen to learn, in particular how to design for performance, scalability and reliability
• Analytical approach
• A passion for testing, cutting edge technology and software craftsmanship
