Cloudland is a leading NZ owned Virtual Workspace provider that sets the standard for Technology, Capability and Commitment to Delivery.
There is huge demand for our products and services and we are looking for another senior support engineer to join our service team based in Hamilton. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join a small but highly capable, motivated and experienced team, with innovative platforms, products and the best customer service.
There will be an initial focus on supporting our larger customers mainly in Health, but you will also get to work with clients of varying scale and industries from professional services organisations to logistics firms, as well as having the chance to further develop your technical skills and experience.
There is opportunity and scope to expand your skills and responsibilities over time - in any number of roles including service management, operations, platform development or sales.
The ideal candidate will:
· Come from an existing Senior Support or Systems Engineer role.
· Be a great communicator (written and oral) with an excellent telephone manner and a cool head.
· Have good troubleshooting skills.
· Be able to learn quickly, think fast, work efficiency under pressure and be autonomous.
· Be "a star" who is focused on building a trusted relationship with our clients.
The right candidate must also have a positive attitude, be reliable, motivated, and be flexible as after-hours work will be required.
If you have proven experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, VMware, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and RDS, then you will have the best chance of securing the role. MedTech and/or health experience is also beneficial!
Remuneration will be dependent on the applicant’s skills and experience.
