SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join the Digital Architecture & Strategy team. This is an opportunity to drive digital change and work on a wide variety of exciting, meaningful projects working with new and leading edge technologies. You’ll be part of a high performing team influencing and setting the direction of our digital change programme.

Some of the exciting technologies that you’ll be able to work with include Robotic Process Automation, API-centric Architecture, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Platforms. Our Ideal Candidate

This is a specialised role requiring expertise specific to a solutions design background with broad operational and strategic exposure, preferably within a large multi-faceted organisation.

Preference will be given to those who can demonstrate recent experience within an industry-leading team, ideally as key contributors to large-scale digital change or transformation initiatives.

You should be tertiary qualified in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar discipline. Alternatively, it’s important that you demonstrate a history of education and learning in line with the knowledge requirements of this role. Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous.

You will need:

  • Background in application development and have experience rolling out of large scale business critical applications (on-prem & cloud)
  • Experience in integration, identity management, application architecture
  • Experience and understanding of agile architecture and agile project methodology
  • High-level communication ability - with verbal, written and interpersonal skills essential 
  • Proven relationship management strengths with clear evidence of your ability to build successful business relationships 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across organisations with a customer-focused approach
