As the Customer Services Consultant you'll be right at the heart of it. Here you'll be motivating a very busy team of customer service professionals with responsibility for developing a culture of exceptional customer experience and high performance, developing performance plans, creating an engaged team where they will be encouraged to be innovative and proactive, ensuring systems are running efficiently and effectively and all processes, reporting, continually evaluating and driving process improvement, coaching, capability development, queue and quality monitoring.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Retain and convey complex information with ease
  • Possess emotional intelligence; an ability to deal with sensitive situations
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading staff
  • Ensure staff meet daily and personal KPI's
  • Provide mentorship and support to subordinate staff to ensure optimal performance and contribution to service area objectives.
  • Work well within a structured environment
  • Strong planning, coordination and time management skills
  • Maintain oversite of current and forecasted business position and report to management as required
