Auckland Based, Fixed Term
Horizon Energy Group is recruiting for a Business Analyst for a six month fixed term period. This role will be based in Auckland.
Reporting to the General Manager Commercial and Technology, you will be responsible for completing business analyst responsibilities within the project team that is implementing Pronto ERP into the Horizon Energy Group. The role will work with other members of the project team and stakeholders to define and document required business processes and complete system configuration to suceccesfully implement Pronto.
This role is specifically addressing the implementation of Pronto, therefore experience working with Pronto is required and experience working in a facility services business is preferred.
To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Systems, Information Technology or related technical field
- International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) membership or similar required
- 5+ years' proven experience in a business analysis role in an "enterprise" environment
- 5+ years' proven experience using ERP systems (Pronto preferred)
- Experience understanding Pronto, with experience in a facility services based business preferred
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into business processes
- Proven experience carrying out business process modelling using BPMN, with a working knowledge of Bizagi (or similar) modelling tools required
- Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders using simplified business process diagrams, presentations and documentation
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable outcomes
- Proven experience delivering training to a wide audience across a broad skill base
- Current NZ Unrestricted Drivers Licence
