This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced agile business analyst to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract as we roll out a large scale IT project across Fulfilment and Logistics. As the Business Analyst for this critical project, you be tasked with researching, analysing and documenting current and future business needs to support a successful delivery.
You will work with business users, architects, product owners and development teams to define business, functional and technical requirements. In addition you will support effective test management including performing functional and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet the defined business outcomes.
About you:
With proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology environment, you will have strong analytical and problem solving skills. You need to bring to the table exceptional communication, workshop and facilitation skills and be an active listener which is demonstrated through accurate and concise documentation.In addition, we are looking for the following:
- Wide and detailed system delivery knowledge and/or experience in retail or large corporate environments
- At least 4 years relevant BA experience, including system and user acceptance testing
- Experience with agile methodologies, requirements gathering, user stories/journeys, and working alongside development teams
- Ability to work independently, with business users and as part of a team
