The Organisation:
Based in Central Auckland, this organisation is the market leader in their field. It's a close knit contact centre team witin a buzzing environment.
The Role:
- Inbound/outbound calls
- 30 Per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday = 7am - 12:30 and Thursday 7am - 4pm).
- Processing orders, and upselling
- Relationship building
You, the successful employee:
To be successful in this role you will need the following;
- 2 years experience in a contact centre environment
- Must be a NZ Citizin, or Perm Resident
- 40 words per minute
- Ability to be a stong team player, and work under pressure
- Problem solve
