About the business
We are an IT Retail Business based in Auckland is looking for an IT talent for our new branch in Whangarei with sufficient experience in IT-Hardware/Software Technical Support, Networking and Website development to help us expend and improve our services.
About the role
The core tasks may include:
- Design & Maintain complete Ecommerce website for company
- Interact with clients to understand their website requirements
- Provide customer adequate IT solutions, develop and administer websites;
- Take enquires from customers and provide IT support and training to customers, Website users and Staffs
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software's.
- Refurbishing of smart devices such as Laptops, Computers, Mobiles phones, Tablets,….etc.
- Software and Hardware testing of refurbished devices.
- Windows/MAC/Linux/Drivers installation and upgradations
- Hardware upgradation
- Data recovery
- Networking
- Customer feedback Handling
Skills and experience
Ideally you will have:
- Relevant Bachelor degree or above, with sound knowledge on computes/smart devices/ latest technologies/ programing languages,…etc.
- At least one year experience in Digital Marketing Environment or Web-Development is mandatory.
- Knowledge on website coding (HTML5, Javascript, CSS3, jQuery) and front-end web development tools.
- Familiar with Development and Debugging Tools for Cross-Browser Issues
- Knowledge on WordPress, Theming, and Module Development
- Familiar With Photoshop
- Knowledge on Web Application Development Frameworks
- Actively Seek New Programming Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for details
- Excellent people skills to relate to customers
- Video and Audio Conferencing Skills
- Critical thinking problem solving skills
- Familiar with Social Media and Third Party APIs
- Familiar with Google Business and Digital Marketing
- Abilities to works under pressure
- Self-Starter Attitude
- Knowledge on Laptops/Computers/Mobiles phones/Tablets repairs and networking is an advantage.
