Adecco Wellington are currently partnering with an organisation based in the Porirua / Johnsonville area who are in search of an out-going and confident customer service representative who is comfortable having direct conversations and getting results swiftly whilst continuously providing outstanding customer service.
In order to be successful in a role like this you must have the following:
• Demonstrated sales experience (phone based)
• Evident customer service experience
• A strong command of the English language
• The confidence to conduct cold calling exercises
• The ability to assimilate product/service knowledge swiftly
• An exceptional phone manner
• Be able to hit tight deadlines and achieve targets
• The capacity to build rapport with customers swiftly
