The Role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. No two days will be the same as you will be supporting our clients by thinking outside of the box to troubleshoot their issues. You’ll be supported and mentored by the team and be able to get involved with the various fun events, such as our annual hackathon called Datacomp. 

We are looking for team players with experience working on a technical service desk environment with their strong communication and troubleshooting skills. 

You must be available to start in a full-time position where hours may vary from the standard working hours which are defined by rosters in a 24/7 operation.
