The role:

This role will involve liaising with our clients and support workers via phone to ensure our client’s needs are being met.

Key tasks include:

• Managing a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Rostering of support workers
• Covering last minute shifts
• Ongoing maintenance of records in our database.

What we require:

• At least 1 year previous Call Centre experience in NZ
• Ability to work in an unsupervised environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Word, Excel, IQX or other databases
• Proven telephone and customer service skills
• Ability to manage high volume calls
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines

This role will require you to be extremely confident with email and database management as it is a core component of this fast-paced role. This would ideally suit those looking for part time work.

Availability for at least one weekend shift is a must. We are also looking for those who have the flexibility to pick up extra shifts if/when required.

We will not accept applicants who are already working full time due to the need for flexibility.
