About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join us on a three month contract. The key focus of this role is 1st and 2nd level support. This includes application & hardware support and problem management for all internal customers. This will include some Administrative activities such as asset management, queue management and other tasks.
What you'll bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 + years experience in IT support - application (Windows 7, Office 365, Active Directory) and hardware
- Aptitude for business process and technology
- Team player with passion for IT and helping others
