We have an amazing opportunity for a results focused Platform Manager to join ClearPoint. This role is an integral part of our Product and Platform team supporting the Chief of Product and Platform in owning platform solutions across the organisation and across multiple teams.
You will be an experienced Platform / Product Manager.
You will be able to lead product and platform teams. Coordinate with engineering, marketing and other departments. Make creative recommendations to expand Platform base and vision and act as a Platform evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
You can manage client expectations, report on Platform delivery, own budgets for Platform and negotiate features against available budget.
Platform ownership is also extremely important - Developing and implementing Platform strategies consistent with company vision. Create buy-in for the Platform vision both internally and with key external partners. Work with senior management to create Platform plans and roadmaps. Produce and review Platform requirements documents. Develop Platform pricing and positioning strategies. Incorporate feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on Platform strategy and finding ways to expand Platform market reach.
Your day will look something like this:
- Platform Lifecycle Management, including all stages; concept through post-launch.
- Creation and ongoing ownership of Platform Vision and Roadmap
- Leading and mentoring BA’s and Platform Leads.
- Scoping new features and working with agile development teams on backlog prioritisation and development.
- Managing Delivery activities.
- Working with UX/CX Designers on User Research
- Attend industry events
- Keep up to date with industry trends
- Quality Management
- Understand the Market
