Senior Systems Engineer with Exchange and 365 experience.
As well as leading the technical resolution of problems, managing multiple incidents, communicating with stakeholders across the business and working well under pressure within a team, you will have the ability to step up and act as 2IC when required.
Must have experience:
- Office 365
- Exchange 2016 (in a hybrid environment would be a bonus)
- PowerShell – ability to write scripts
- Active Directory – and the technologies that underpin AD
- Windows OS stack (Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, DNS etc)
- General knowledge of SCCM and VMware
- Understanding of ITIL
In addition, knowledge of Bluecoat and IronPort technologies desirable but not essential.
