We have an opportunity for an Implementation Specialist to join our team providing on-boarding support for our customers. The successful applicant will join our Implementation team co-ordinating and provisioning new products and services, ensuring they are delivered as quickly and as accurately as possible.

This role is therefore an essential ingredient in the delivery of a superior customer experience for our customers.

Whats involved.

• A passion for technology, internet, networking and
• Take ownership of end-to-end on-boarding including processing orders, provisioning requests, creating accounts, hardware fulfilment
• Proactively communicate with customers at various time throughout the implementation process
• Collaborate with other team members and departments (Sales, Networks) and the customer to ensure requirements are understood, implemented correctly and within the required time frame.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and follow up to ensure delivery dates are met
