The Help Desk Technician will:
- Specialize in providing support for troubleshooting user computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, as well as building/imaging new machines and working in a team environment.
- Must have 3+ year(s) of experience with the following: Customer service (phone and in-person)
- Computer (hardware/software) troubleshooting
- Desktop Computer hardware/software installation and configuration
- Hardware/software repair/fix on a desktop, laptop, and mobile devices in a Windows Environment
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
Required Skills:
- A successful candidate will have the ability to quickly research and self-educate on new information, technologies and methods.
- Strategic critical thinking skills
- Must be detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment requiring the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as in groups with individuals of different technical backgrounds.
