The Help Desk Technician will:

  • Specialize in providing support for troubleshooting user computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, as well as building/imaging new machines and working in a team environment.
  • Must have 3+ year(s) of experience with the following: Customer service (phone and in-person)
  • Computer (hardware/software) troubleshooting
  • Desktop Computer hardware/software installation and configuration
  • Hardware/software repair/fix on a desktop, laptop, and mobile devices in a Windows Environment
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

Required Skills:

  • A successful candidate will have the ability to quickly research and self-educate on new information, technologies and methods.
  • Strategic critical thinking skills
  • Must be detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment requiring the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as in groups with individuals of different technical backgrounds.
