Due to our aggressive expansion, we currently require additional persons for a Technical Services Support & Coordinator role.
The position will be based at Auckland, New Zealand.

We are seeking for highly motivated individuals with high personal standards, integrity and experienced as an IT Technical Support & Coordinator also willing to work hard towards IP Network Provider includes and Cloud i PBX supporting NZ Business.

Your focus will be on providing prompt, effective Technical Support quality results to our valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor  Workflow Cloud Database and Online Portal.

• Schedule technical services jobs & installation work to technicians based on capability;

• Validate all incoming technical jobs to ensure all the correct information is recorded for the job to proceed and plan Implementation

-ENSURE DAILY technical services jobs  installation projects services smooth transitioning

-REMOTE desktop/Server support is essential working on various platform

-Experience dealing with Legal, Medical and Architecture practices IT network understanding their needs is essential.

- Manages all the Level 1 & level 2 diagnosis support and escalate senior tech support or system administrator in case of major fault or hardware damage/broken

-Validate all incoming technical jobs to ensure all the correct information is recorded for the job to proceed and plan Implementation

-Monitor service orders/ service ID and update any information sent back by the Tech Team.

-Call Customers and arrange times for contractors to go on site and coordinate the install done as per requirement on the worksheet with the Infrastructure plan

-Keep client's network records updated in the CLOUD Portal

Handling Escalations on each Technical Job and PROVIDE SUPPORT.

-All hardware-Router, Switches and other NETWORK Equipment’s configuration are promptly updated and signed off.

ICT Qualification-Network Related & Project Plan/Implementation with good level of Technical Understanding.

Able to work on dateline, attentions to details and high pressure work environment.

Minimum 1-2 years hands-on technical experience is mandatory
