A fantastic opportunity to work within an industry leader in the banking space. The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible to ensure that our client's customers experience the highest level of service in the industry, assisting with any questions or queries a customer may have.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Deal directly with customers through both telephone and electronic mediums
- Answer call in a positive and friendly manner, transferring to appropriate departments when necessary
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Complete call logs and document all customer contacts in the CRM system
- Maintain accurate files of adjustments and correspondence
- Support and positively influence the team and company culture
- Supporting the team with administration duties when required
About you:
This role is a fast-paced and dynamic position, where no two days are the same. You will be someone who is passionate in providing exceptional customer service, always going the extra mile.
This position will require someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be able to work under pressure, and have excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience in a customer service or administration based role is a necessity.
