In order to be successful in this role you will…

• Have a broad and practical knowledge of computer operations, computer systems and network communications
• 3-5 years previous experience or an equivalent relevant qualifaction
• Excellent customer experience and communication skills
• Experience in a highly pressurised data centre/computer operations environment
• Have the ability to work shift work including weekends
• Have an outgoing and fun personality and enjoy working within a team
