We are searching for the driven and technically savvy Chapter Lead's who specialize in being experts in what they do, but also are keen to make a move into people development and mentorship/coaching. You will work closely with the Chief of Engineering to build and develop a continuous teaching and delivery methods that will not only grow and develop your team, but also stimulate and enhance the performance of each of your chapter members personally. 

You will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching the engineers in your area of expertise, providing the client with a results driven and well educated high performing team who will be accountable for the delivery, Innovation, integration and execution of their specific area of knowledge. 

To be successful in this role you will need solid experience in the following areas:

• Experience with a financial institution or similar enterprise like environment. 
• Past proven ability to not only motivate people but also build up expert team members individually to become autonomous and driven to deliver quality results
• Deep understanding of overall DevOps working environment
• Exposure working and promoting true Agile environments
• Specialize, or been exposed vastly within various areas of the following:
  • Customer Engagement
  • Payment Environments 
  • Identity Fraud and Risk Protection
  • Software Engineering/Development
  • Integration and delivery
  • Data and Business Intelligence
  • Network Deployment and Development
