Our client is a leading Kiwi company with a backstory that proves they are one of NZ’s most successful tech companies in terms of innovation and growth. An opportunity has come up within their collaborative and supportive PMO to project manage their ITSM replacement project.
  
What you’ll be doing:
  
You will manage the end to end implementation of ServiceNow into this enterprise businesses. This will include stakeholder engagement, vendor management, establishing project plans, risks, issues and building technical projects teams. ITSM implementation essential for this role however ServiceNow will be highly sought after.
  
What you’ll need to succeed:

• 7 years + project management experience
• Prince II or similar certification
• ITSM implementation project experience – ideally ServiceNow
• Agile knowledge or exposure highly sought after
• Ability to manage stakeholders
• Client Management / Engagement skills
