Based at their National Headquarters in Palmerston North, Toyota New Zealand currently have a vacancy for a New Vehicle Customer Support person.  Reporting directly to the Team Leader – New Vehicles, this full-time role will see you primarily responsible for supporting our agents with the sale and delivery of Toyota new vehicles.  This customer focused role is a great opportunity to start your career at Toyota New Zealand.  Our ideal person will be a customer service superstar who will have a “nothing is a problem” attitude and who will thrive on finding solutions to ensure a positive outcome.  The ability to use initiative and think outside the box is a must have in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing EXCEPTIONAL levels of service and support to our network
  • Supporting our agents in achieving their targets
  • Providing insights and information on market conditions
  • Management of the Toyota demonstrator scheme
  • Stock management and allocation
  • Reporting

  • Excellent English – both written and verbal
  • Sales experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • A full-drivers licence
