We are offering a roles in Mt Maunganui (yes, the beach), and Hamilton for a customer focused Customer Services Manager. Our house prices are realistic, our beaches are beautiful and getting to work typically takes less than 30 minutes.

We are all on a journey of advancement alongside our customers and being able to innovate, adapt and adjust is just what we do.  We do not stand still, we keep evolving, as a Customer Service Manager your deep knowledge of IT fundamentals, an understanding of new technology, the ability to solve complex problems, and excellent interpersonal skills will see you become a star in this role.
 
Things we are keen to see…
  • An interest and passion in supporting customers and understanding their contracted business requirements
  • Self-managing and motivated and an interest in working autonomously
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven relationship building skills
Skills and experience that would see you successful in this role are..
  • Five years of Service Delivery, Technical Account Management or IT Manager experience
  • Previous monthly report writing experience
  • Excellent experience in working to budgets and monthly billing
  • Infrastructure domain knowledge
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • A practical understanding of ITIL and Project Management would be super
