About the role
This role is all about ensuring that the flow of information is of a high quality, to enable decision making across the networks business. As the Team Leader, you will manage the work load for the team, identify and manage initiatives, write project briefs and liaise with Digital and other teams to see projects through to implementation. There is an emphasis on Quality Assurance and the integrity of data by monitoring, improving and documenting business standards to manage high quality data flow through various systems.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a real passion for data and data quality. As a regulated business, information systems are audited and so some experience with disclosure documentation and auditing coordination would be a great advantage. You may already be a team leader looking for a change, or an experienced Business Analyst or Information Management Specialist looking to move to a hands on, team leader position.
Along with your related experience, the following capabilities will ensure success:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including project briefs and business cases
- Able to quickly comprehend, analyse, define and describe complex business processes
- Ability to work flexibly within a team and project environment.
Knowledge of enterprise systems such as GIS, SharePoint and SAP PM would also be an advantage.
