About the role
Our client is currently implementing very large and complex wireless projects which range from high-density wireless through to highly-complex outdoor mesh wireless for large-scale industrial automation projects.
Key skills and Experience
- Must have proven hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Wireless Network Solutions and completing wireless surveys
- Expert knowledge in Cisco based wireless technologies including WLAN Controllers, Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Prime infrastructure (PRIME)
- Strong planning, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- CCNP or higher (with a strong desire to achieve CCIE)
- Experience with other wireless vendors Aerohive, Fortinet, Aruba or Meraki
- Experience with OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, Nexus, LAN Switching, VSS, vPC
- Experience with Network Security platforms from Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Meraki
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
