Our client is a leading NZ organisation seeking a solution architect to own the API domain for them.  This person will provide expert guidance into technical approach, design and implementation to achieve pragmatic and technically sound solutions.  The role will set a clear architectural vision for the domain, defining standards and selecting frameworks, ensuring quality build outcomes, supporting the enterprise architecture vision and supporting security practices.  

You will have:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Solution Architecture with significant experience in the API domain and up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, trends, principles, standards, frameworks and best practices,
• Impeccable communications tailored as needed for business and technical participants,
• Proven ability working with diverse groups with diverse goals to achieve an outcome, with the ability to inspire and energise the team
• Track record of effective vendor and stakeholder management
• Experience of operating in an Agile scrum environment
